I run Urban Nexus with a small team of writers and researchers who share my obsession with making sense of the real estate market. If something here got you thinking, or got you angry, or just left you with a question, I genuinely want to hear it.
Most people write to us about a few things. Maybe you want to fact-check something I wrote about mortgage rates or zoning law. Maybe you caught a typo or a broken link (we try hard, but we miss things). Maybe you have a story idea or a guest post you think would fit our tone. I read every message that comes in, and so does the team.
To reach the editorial team, the simplest way is to email us. Head your subject line with something like “Question for the editors” or “Guest post pitch” so we can route it quickly. I don't list a phone number or a street address here because we're a small independent operation, not a corporate office. But I promise you will get a real human reply.
I aim to respond within a few business days. If it takes a little longer, it probably means I'm buried in a data set or out walking a neighborhood for a new piece. Please be patient, and I'll get back to you.
Thanks for reading Urban Nexus. I built this blog because I believe good real estate information should be honest, grounded, and free of the usual hype. Your voice helps keep it that way.
